Our main goal is to make your home as comfortable as possible. If your home comfort level is not within the temperature range we have promised we will replace your system at no charge.

We stand by not only our service, but the products we provide. Therefore, if your compressor fails twice within the first five years after it’s installed, we’ll install a brand-new unit – at no charge to you. And if the heat exchanger in your furnace fails within the first ten years after it’s installed, we’ll provide you with a new furnace – again, free of charge.1

Systems seem to fail at the worst possible times. That’s why we guarantee same-day service. If the system we install breaks down within the first year after installation, leaving you without heating or cooling overnight, we’ll either repair it that day or pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
