Here are the totals generated at the Oct. 19 live remote with Cumulus Radio at Winn-Dixie, 701 E. Main St., Prattville, Ala.:
– Total food donations: 765 pounds
– Monetary donations: $1,082.67, equal to 7,040 pounds
– Grand total: 7,805 pounds

Cumulus Media radio stations and AirNow Cooling & Heating are joining forces to fight hunger in the River Region by promoting a series of food drives for the Montgomery Area Food Bank.
Each quarter, Cumulus Media Montgomery radio stations WLWI-FM, WXFX-FM, WHHY-FM and WMXS-FM will join AirNow for all-day remote events in the area to collect food and monetary donations to give back to the community and to help those who are less fortunate.
