Today I had my air/heating system completely redone; there were 2 young men that did an exceptional, excellent job with the manpower of 2 young men; there was a lot of work that had to be done with the older system being removed/replaced. I scheduled an appointment with AirNow to have my AC checked out. The technician was right on time for the appointment. Bryce Howe was the technician that came to check out my unit. He is a very nice young man, that is very knowledgeable about his field of work. He found a major electrical issue with the local disconnect breaker at the unit. The unit could not be powered up until the breaker was repaired, so he couldn’t finish his inspection at this point. I opted to do the electrical repair myself, and then powered the unit back up. I called AirNow and let them know the repair was complete. Bryce was scheduled back and finished the maintenance work and also installed an I-wave system for us. Very good experience and a nice technician that is enjoyable to talk to.
I called AirNow to perform an inspection before using the heating system for the first time of the season. There was a suspected crack in the heating chamber and we decided to replace the system because of the age of the unit. We decided on the Lennox system we wanted after shown the options from AirNow. We spoke with the rep on Friday and AirNow teams were installing the complete new system on Tuesday. The two teams started on the job and was complete in less than 4 hours. Both heating and cooling units, touch pad thermostat and all duct work was replaced. The teams did an incredible job in a short period of time. Casey returned and did a final inspection after a week or so and set up our system to the app for our phones. He asked all our questions and installed a surge suppressor to protect the new electronics in our home. Thanks!!

The tech installed the entire system in about two hours! The temps outside are brutal, but he had it done in no time. The new system is a 3 ton vs. the old 2.5 ton. With the dehumidifier built in, the house is already cooling and humidity gone. The service techs were professional and skilled. The office staff and owner are wonderful. They took time to listen, explain, and answer all my questions. A terrific group of professionals!
