My technician for this maintenance checkup was Andrew Distaffen. He arrived within the designated time frame (2–4 p.m.). He checked my 2 HVACs and 1 heat pump for performance and stability. He started on the inside and moved to the outside systems with high professionalism. In my opinion, he was very thorough and very professional. Hope he is still around when my next service is due! I pay monthly for this service and think it is a good value!

Two young men arrived, one in a van, the other in a car. They didn't waste any time going to work, were very efficient, and in no time had completed the indoor portion. I joined them as they completed the service on the unit on the side of the house. Both very, very pleasant, easy to converse with, and very professional in completing the inspection. They advised us of any additional available options, and after I signed off on their work, were gone.

A different gentleman from the same company came out about a year and a half ago and wouldn’t even step foot in my attic without raising heck about a $175 fee or something like that. Even though the air conditioner was just installed by them about a year or two prior, it was under warranty, but he wasn’t hearing any of that and was just so rude I told him to just leave. He had no manners whatsoever.
