Tyler Fletcher saved my day and probably saved me from broken pipes. My house was 55 degrees on Christmas Eve morning due to the heating unit having stopped at some point. I called Air Now to get an appointment for a technician, keeping my fingers crossed they were open, because it was Christmas Eve morning. They were open, but were very backed up and I was told I would have to be patient and wait. Thankfully, the technician showed up later and got me up and running with a new part within an hour. This could have been bad since we were below freezing all day and in the teens that night. I hated Tyler had to work Christmas Eve but was grateful he could fix it and he did so in a very friendly and polite manner.
