Mr. Kevin Campbell came out today to fix the drain problem with my unit on Saturday. He was very professional and courteous, and explained what he was going to do to clean the drain; he said he was going to blow it out and run hot water through the pipe. In the meantime, he contacted the plumber as a backup. Unfortunately, it only lasted a couple of hours and I contacted AirNow and they immediately put me on the list. My technician, Payne Carter, did an excellent job. In talking to him, I found out he was relatively new, but in all the years that I have used AirNow he is the first technician that has ever flushed my drains. He cleaned the outside unit and flushed it and cleaned it, and he used some kind of liquid he poured in pipe to flush them. I mean he just did so many things that I had never seen any of the other technicians do. I’m going to call AirNow and see if I can request this young man to do all my heating/AC problems. Very nice young man and I definitely rate him a 10.
