Tikeivian Smith from AirNow Home Services was absolutely amazing. What a nice gentleman. He handled everything that we needed after hours and addressed all of our concerns. We will only be requesting him from now on. He was just a breath of fresh air.
A different gentleman from the same company came out about a year and a half ago and wouldn’t even step foot in my attic without raising heck about a $175 fee or something like that. Even though the air conditioner was just installed by them about a year or two prior, it was under warranty, but he wasn’t hearing any of that and was just so rude I told him to just leave. He had no manners whatsoever.

Called AirNow after not hearing from them after submitting my info on their AI chat bot. The lady that answered was able to fit me in same day. Wyatt P was running behind, but he always kept me updated, and though it was late when he arrived, he had a smile on his face and was ready to help. He was able to get us back up and running in a very short amount of time. We hope we were his last stop for the night so he could get home to his family. Arrived home from work to find my new 6-month-old A/C unit was not working yet again. Rather than waste time trying to make contact with the contractor company that installed it, I opted to call AirNow. I made the call at 3:39 p.m. The call taker that took my call informed me someone would arrive after 5 p.m. and would call me 30 minutes prior. By 7:24 p.m. no one had showed up or called. I made a second call to AirNow and questioned if someone was still scheduled to come out. The call taker stated yes and that the technician had just finished another service call and would be en route. The technician, Ryan, called shortly thereafter, advising that he was en route and apologized because he was never informed of my earlier call. Ryan arrived about 30 minutes later, and after determining the issues, he had my unit operating in no time. While Ryan was here, I signed up for AirNow membership. I really appreciated Ryan's prompt response and the service provided. AAA+++
