My AirNow service technician, Jeff Hale, was outstanding and provided fast and accurate diagnosis of the issue with our water heater. Unfortunately, the part is not available on the shelf and must be sent from the manufacturer. Jeff went through the process of contacting the manufacturer and getting the part sent to his office. He promised to get it installed the day it arrives. Unfortunately, that won’t be until Tuesday (it’s Friday now). That is out of AirNow’s hands and on the manufacturer. Jeff, thanks for following through; it’s much appreciated. Employees like Jeff are a big reason we stick with AirNow for our HVAC and plumbing needs.
