UPDATE: 10/29/22 Mason Williams was our technician today and did NOT disappoint. He was polite, knowledgeable, informative, and honest. Our furnace didn't come on for the season and he got us going...again. We're very grateful to them for keeping our 14-year unit going. And he has the most adorable smile and personality. We pay monthly for our membership. I have used them to provide maintenance and service to our unit. It's about ready to be replaced, but Air Now is not trying to push us into getting a new unit. They have been honest with us and tried to help us maintain it until we can afford to replace it. I am grateful for their honesty and would definitely refer them to anyone seeking honest workmanship.
