It was a pleasure to have AirNow come out to sevice my system today. The tech, Bryce, was highly knowledgeable and very thorough. He sat down and patiently explained what was wrong, as well as, why it was happening. I appreciate his diligence.
Bryce provided the most exceptional customer service, took his time explaining the issues with the HVAC unit and what was needed to repair it, and went above and beyond to make sure we knew he was going to fix it right the very first time.

I was extremely satisfied with the service visit I rcv'd for my A/C unit! Bryce entered my home wth mask on & shoes covered due to covid19, which I was so appreciative of! He inspected the inside and outside units wth efficiency & yet thoroughness. He explained his findings to me in terms I could understand; and he was very knowledgeable about everything I inquired about. I would definitely rate this service experience an A+++.
