Our 1st appointment to install an Air Purifier and added returns had to be postponed because the installation team arrived approximately 6 hours late at 5:30 p.m. (Got a restaurant gift card, thank you) The 2nd install went well. ($3400) The 1st furnace check up was scheduled for 9/21/12, but no one showed up. The 2nd furnace check up on 8/7/12 went fine. We're keeping an open mind that we will be happy switching to Air Now.

Just Another Great Experience with AirNow

Came home from short weekend trip to find AC not working. Called AirNow the next morning and a service tech (Darryl Otto) was sent out to remedy the problem. Darryl not only fixed the problem, but left me feeling like I had made a new friend. He is a very pleasant young man, well-mannered, courteous, obviously a great person. This seems to be a trend with AirNow. All of the peolple I have met over the past two years who works with AirNow have the same charactristics. This is refreshing to see a business that is run like a business should be run. I could not be more pleased with the system that AirNow installed or the service they have provided. As salesperson Daniel told me in the beginning, I have saved a significant amount on utility bills and my house is far cooler/warmer than before. I am proud to know Darryl, Daniel, and all the other employees of AirNow. I think of them as "family", which is the highest compliment I can think of.

I was introduced to Air Now when I made an appointment with a representative to discuss options for replacing my very old HVAC system. From the minute I met Daniel, I knew I was going to be working with him. Now, for certain, he is a very good salesman, but that was not the only thing that I felt. The enthusiasm and apparent sincerity of his comments was impressive. He also knew how to stop and listen to me. After a lengthy but very informative discussion, I was ready to make my choice of a new system. My only real concern was that I could not believe that everything that was said or printed about lower utility costs just could not be all true. And the warrantees and guarantees seemed rather lofty. I chose an expensive unit and financed the entire amount. It is now a year and a half later. Since the installation, I have met several more technicians providing service calls. The high standards that Daniel had established were duplicated by every single other staff member that I have either met or spoken to. And as unbelievable as it is, the claims about lower running costs have held out to be true. I am always treated with the utmost respect and concern. I have never known a more capable and well trained staff, including the owner. I have had almost no problems with my system, and when I have had problems, they were remedied quickly and efficiently by the assigned technician. I recommend Air Now to everyone for any issue concerning their HVAC system. I am proud to know this company. I am happy to know that there is at least one service and sales company that actually does what they say they can do. I plan to remain an Air Now customer to the end of my days. Thank you, Daniel, for getting me started, and thank everyone at Air Now for their superior work and uplifting attitude. I could not possibly be more pleased.
